What Would I Need For This Setup

I'm looking to wire my house for a full on video for a project i'm doing. I need to know what EXACTLY is required for this and how much estimated it should cost:

I need to outfit 8 rooms with video cameras (I dont know if they need to be attached to computers or not) which will feed a website that will have 8 sections. What exactly do i need? 8 DSL connections? 8 T1's? 1 server? 8 Computers? I have no clue - what do you think I should get? Anyone want to lay this out?

This is for a project I'm working on for a construction business.
