page can not be displayed
I have a server resides in a dc, and running a web app using
mysql/php
Everyday some of my client (10 out of 100) complain that they always get the IE error 'The page can not be displayed'
I have checked my server, the cpu usage is always under 60% and memory usage 300mb/1,000mb
So what is the cause of this error message?
Is the apache too busy to process all the request?
Is the apache timeout when pushing the html file back to browser?
Any setting in apache to avoid this?
I can not find a convincing answer for my customers......
NOTE: My server is not running HTTPS.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
