Sendmail Help!

Given the security hole in sendmail I updated it today using RedHats up2date utility.

Every thing works great for sending mail. My mx server is another story though, for some reason it is showing the the mail being received normally, per /var/log/maillog , yet the mail never reaches the users mailboxes.

Any idea's? I've restarted sendmail. I've also switched out the sendmail.cf file with a backup I know for certain is good.
