qmail and > 1 domains

I have qmail setup and running correctly. ( I can telnet to port 25 and such, and I can actually send mails from my box using qmail through Webmin..)

But now how do I set Qmail up to receive mails? I have set my domains to have MX record set to mail.mydomain.com and the IP is the IP of the box.

Which directives I should set (virtual domains, local domains, Alias..??) to receive emails from domain1.com and domain2.com? I am new to all these directives so they are kinda confusing. I've read the files and did a lot of works but it's still too vague for me so I think I should ask for help here.
