Set minimum frequency of mail pickups
I was wondering whether there's any way to set the minimum amount of time users must wait before checking their email after the last time.
The reason is that one of my clients insists on having his email software check his imap account every few seconds. Not only does it put the load up, but the mail logs get huge.
It's a Redhat 7.3 machine with Sendmail, no control panel.
