transferrin hosting accounts?

we have a hosting account on our psa2.5x server eg domain.com and would like to transfer it to domain.com.au. the domain.com account must stay to redirect existing clients. http, email, mysql db etc must all be transferred to the new domain account. the new account will be on the same server.

i can easily ssh all the http files accross but what about mysql etc. has anyone else done this before? i have been search around but not found any solutions.
