domain registrars that require nameserver IPs ..
hi, just a quick technical question ..Say you have domain.com and it is hosted by hostx.com and you point it to ns1/ns2.hostx.com - BUT - your domain registrar is one of those anal ones that asks for an IP number for each of the nameservers when you delegate your domain.
What happens if your host's nameserver IPs change? I mean, does it really matter - does the domain registry always use those IP's or is that 'just in case' it can't resolve the hostnames ns1/ns2.hostx.com ??
Would your domain still work fine even though its delegated to the old nameservers hostnames (ns1/ns2.hostx.com) and their respective IPs. ?
No guesses please, I can guess too
