I just installed cpanel on a server several days ago, (a week tomorrow) and since i have installed it, during peak times, say, every 10 - 15, sometimes in shorter intervals, the load will shoot up to 15 - 20, then almost as soon as they went up, come back down.. there is also a drop in processes when this happens. I have watched top while it has done this, and no processes that i saw were causing this... there are a few busy sites on the server, including a popular forum, but other than the strange loads, it stays below .5, usually below .3. Ive checked everything, and im clueless as to whats causing this, as it didnt do it before i installed cpanel. I appreciate any help you can give.
