Moving Domain names to NAMESERVER...?

I recently bought an account from http://www.shubh-host.*** And I'm having some trouble getting my domain name up. I have all the info from the email they gave me, but they never showed me 'how to' set it up. I'm a total newbie at this thing, and I have been emailing their trouble shooting person, and lord knows he's sick of me emailing him everyday.

He said to 'tell your domain name registrar to move your domain
to these nameservers' then he gives me some IP address's, and .com pages. (I don't know if me showing you the IP address, and the other stuff isn't for the public to see, so I won't take a chance)

Now what I'm asking is how do I go about this? I would like a step-by-step tutorial on how to do this, if possible Yes, laugh all you want, I know NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING about webservers. I got one to just post some stuff Moving Domain names to NAMESERVER...?

The only place I have gotten so far was going into the CPanel, and looking at some of the features.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
