Problem with Quotas on CPanel/WHM

I performed transfer from one to another server but all accounts are now with unlimited quotas ! I tried to change quota but no respond . It stays unlimited.

I created new packages on server and after that I tried to upgrade all accounts to one of the package and when it comes to change quotas it says "No filesystems with quota detected."
And for all account is like they are using 0 (zero) Mega but this is not true of course. Like there is nothing on account but there is.
Server is running CPanel/WHM 6.0.0. STABLE 109

What is it about and how to fix this
