folder with cpanel???

Hello,

I have a partner that needs to run .cgi files from a folder with /777/ I know this is not recommended but he needs it.

How can I edit cpanel or red hat 8 to let this happen??

Cpanel has some method to not allow you to do this....

I wish we would make this decision not cpanel!
