I would like to add another user who has FTP abilities for specific files within an account. I would define ownership for specific files using operations like chown name1:name2. I have used Webmin to add users/groups in the past. It no longer works on my current server. I think Cpanel/WHM is intefering. Cpanel has a function that adds FTP users to directories, but it applies to all files in the directory. I only want the new user to be able to upload and download specific files.
Does anyone know how I could set this up? I am running Linux Redhat with Apache.
