Cpanel reseller setup issue
I have a issue where 1 of the 2 resellers I setup has 3 DNS Zone entries, while the first has 1 entry.
The first account I setup has 1 entry:
clientdomain.com
the second has 3 entries:
clientdomain.com, ns1.clientdomain.com and ns2.clientdomain.com.
Now checking the ns1 and ns2 entries I shows this:
clientdomain.com. 14400 NS ns1.mydomain.com.
(yes that is my domain nameserver and not even it's IP..)
It's like his nameservers just redirect to my nameservers???
Do reseller accounts need ns1 and ns2 DNS Entries??
Any help on this be great, Cpanel support and forums are slow to get answers
