CP6 Bandwidth limit does not work.. 28GB in 1 day...

for some reason BW Limit on my CP6 server does not work correctly.
Had an account with a limit to: 2GB month
Now this account use 28GB withing 1 day.

so what going on ??
How can this account use 28GB in only 1 day!!? they never use more that 200MB a month...

CP6 Bandwidth limit does not work.. 28GB in 1 day...
