My forums just went down an hour ago
My forums hardextreme.org are hosted on a Server. 10 minutes after my site went down their site went down. I then called their 800# which didn't work. I then called their regular numbers which didn't work(office hours? closed maybe? ) then i emailed their support email that says 24/7 tech support and no reply.
What do i do?
My forums have like 170 users on at a time and i can't even get to the control panel and the traceroute shows that it has to be rebooted.
