Apache Failing, with no traces of occurrance.

I have a problem on one of my servers where Apache fails for no reason. WHM does not give any indication this has happened, websites are just not viewable, though all ports work fine. Restarting apache brings it back, but 1-2 hours later, it's done it again.

I just upgraded to CPanel 6.2 and ran /scripts/easyapache because I was getting messages that apache, mod_ssl, and php were insecure. Everything was fine for most of the day, then sendmail/exim stopped working. Oddly enough, it wasn't saying it had failed.

The next day apache started acting up. DV2 helped me find the problem and corrected it and sendmail/exim was working. Though apache was still failing every few hours. My husband and I have taken shifts to restart apache during the night when this happens.

I also have two friends from other companies with servers from DV2, one each, and they are having the same problem. None of my other servers in this or another datacenter are having this problem.. but the problem doesn't seem to actually.. exist.

Anyone have any ideas or experiences like this?
