Warning: main() [function.main]: stream does not support seeking in filename.php

I've never seen this error and can't find any details on fixing it. A client has two scripts that use to work fine until I upgraded Perl and added the Zend Encoder.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this or direct me towards a site with more details on fixing the issue?
