What does "Domain Suspended" when logging into Ensim mean?

Just curious, one of our sites which is on Rackshack is currently down. Even more scary when I ftp in, most of the files are gone. So I attempt to login via Ensim, and upon doing so, the error message "domain suspended" is displayed instead.

Is this most likely a victim of Rackshack actually having suspended the account? What are the other possibilities?
