Loads of sleeping httpds
My server always ends up with loads of sleeping httpd processes after a while.
If I restart Apache they get killed (obviously), but it always takes Apache ages to stop when there are a lot (and the load ramps up very high whilst doing it).
Why are all these processes sleeping? What can I do to prevent this from happening?
