I tried to install "Postnuke" to my server. However, if I unzip the zip file and FTP all the files, it will take more than an hour to upload. I know there is one quicker way to do that by just uploading the zip file and unzip that over the server. Yet I don't know how to do that, i.e. what unix command to type and how to connect to the server, is FTP program can do this also?
