Windows Firewall - should handle different NIC's

Is there any Windows Firewall out there, which can handle different NIC's with different settings? like allowing this on the one, and that on the other...
One is connected to a WLAN, where users should just be able to access the Internet, and the other is running in the LAN.
Iptables would be able to handle that, but is anyone aware of a Windows Firewall?
