huh? what level am I ?

Hi,

Every now and then, on websites that I visit, I find that they mention level I, II and III system admins.

being a sysadmin myself, what are level I, II and III? which is good/higher in rank? and how are levels determined? .. umm.. no IV or V levels?

and the big question: what level of admin am I - I, II or III?

i know I am admin 0, but my level must be either 1 or 2 or 3 huh? what level am I ?
