Is OPENSSL 0.9.6b secure ??

just read this comment below... so I am wondering if openssl 0.9.6b (the vers. what has ben installed with the latest easyapache update in CPanel server) is secure??

Is OPENSSL 0.9.6b secure ??

If not how to install the patch or upgrade to the latest secure version?
