free host popup banners adding them

Hello I have a free hosting company and I want to ad popup advertising to websites of people who signup for the free account.

I have a resellers account actually and we use a plesk control panel.

Is there a way to ad these popup windows like geocities does?

I also do not want to go to each website and put them on so if there is a way to do it to all of the sites at one time that would be great too.
