Exim & cppop won't restart...

Running:

WHM 6.2.0
Cpanel 6.4.0-S3

Getting the following error when trying to start exim via SSH (trying via cpanel simply produces a page full of error messages that looks like the recent error log entries...):

Starting antirelayd:                                       [  OK  ]
Starting spamd: Could not create INET socket: Cannot assign requested address
IO::Socket::INET: Cannot assign requested address         [FAILED]

And cppop isn't restarting either Exim & cppop won't restart...

cppop startup succeeded cppop has failed, please contact the sysadmin
If anyone has any advice, would be appreciated Exim & cppop won't restart...
