compiling sendmail
i use to do all updates via up2date but now i want to get into the habit of compiling things
ok, usually, to compile something i do this:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/package_name
and then any options after that.
but with sendmail, there is just a build file?
my question is, how do u select where to install it to, like for example
/usr/local/sendmail
im fussy about where things go, and dont like the default places
i have read the build instructions but cannot find this
