mysql MYI error ????

My server got a trouble a few day ago , sometime my customers forum got an error like this :
can't open file forums_thread.MYI
...

And i must repair that database in WHM to get it back to work
anybody got this problem ?
I am using a newest mysql version and php , redhat , cpanel.
