I have never gotten anything like this before and wondering what the ????. I got an email from Eart***** today saying that I was being Blacklisted "maybe" because it appears that one of our servers might allow relaying. "appears" "might" what kind of poop is that.. We run PSa 5.05 and do not run an open SMTP. We are up to date on all patches.. Any clue of what to look for and how do I get off their list..
I can understand their reason to run the tests but when the test could be false I am still getting screwed.
They will not return my emails or anything on what the problem might be or how if their test is not 100% how they could block us.
