Bind 9 on Windows 2000

I have command matrix on Windows 2000 Advance server and it uses bind 9 on windows instead of the MS dns.
Does anyone know a program that I can use to add/edit/remove dns entries? I know I can do it by hand but want some type of script or something to do it for me as command matrix only allows the edit of dns zones of accounts on the server.
