Redundancy Question on Windows Server

Now that Rackshack will be offering Windows Servers, I am thinking on getting one for my clients that require Windows hosting.

I was wondering if its possible to setup a Windows box on my home ADSL line that acts like a backup/redundant server and synchronizes all the information- lets say twice a day or so.

My question is that will nameservers do the trick? Can I setup my domain with ns1 and ns2 nameservers where ns1 resolves to the primary Rack Shack server and ns2 to my ADSL server.

My ADSL connection doesnt provide me a dedicated IP so I will probably need to use a Dynamic DNS service.

Also, what kind of software would allow me to synchronize between the two machine? Windows XP does have a built-in synchronizing feature- will that work?

Thanks
Abbas
