What Is Wrong With This?
The problem:
One of my resellers can't access their FTP and neither can their clients. For some odd reason I can access their FTP with no problem. They also said that they can't view pictures when I can! What's going on here?? I've never experienced anything like this ... I have all his things setup perfectly, his two IPs are reserved and everything is perfect in WHM. I checked if my cPanel/WHM is messed up and others and the provider told me the checked it over and nothing is wrong with it. Can you give me any suggestions?
This client is a great client, he's a very understanding person and I don't want to lose him or his trust. Please post all your suggestions and procedures for me or for my reseller. Thanks for all your suggestions ahead of time!
