How to Uninstall AOL

My RoadRunner was out for a week so I had to choice but to install "AO Hell" on my computer, and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences I've have trying to connect to the internet since I got RoadRunner 3 years ago. Now I can't get rid of it.
Grrr..... I know that you go into Control Panel and try to remove it from the Add/Remove Programs....but it just won't uninstall. It just freezes up. How to Uninstall AOL
