How to move sites from one server to another in WHM WITHOUT losing permissions!!!

Hi! How can you move sites from one server to another server using WHM without losing permissions on the files?

I know how to move sites and it copies the files, databases, etc. However, it causes all kinds of problems because the chmod info is not copied over. What is the best way to move these sites??? Thanks!
