JSP INSTALL 4.0.3 file. Plz help if you have it

Does anyone have an old zip of jsp-install-4.0.3-tar.gz JSP install 4.0.3 - I don't want to use the new one on layer1.cpanel.net due to lots of negative reviews about it.
