Cpanel Add-Ons and Front Page

I'm not a FP user so I'm not sure of the solution. A user is making use of CPanels Add-On domains.

When the client tries to publish using either domain.com or addon.domain.com He gets an error saying that FP extensions are not installed. I've installed them on his main website and that publishes fine, it is the add-ons that causing an issue.

Any insight into the workings of Front Page would be greatly appreciated Cpanel Add-Ons and Front Page
