IP Problem

Ok i dont know what to do

I get an IP address of 63.149.210.254 CHECKED it when i goto http://www.whatismyip.com BUT,

When i run a FTP server MY IP shows 10.105.182.4 ONLY is the server.

I tell people to use the IP that starts with 63.... Nothing works


Is there way way to fix this... where people would enter the 63... IP to reach my computer...
