Windows - Programs/Data Location

I am setting up my new Windows 2003 Server from theplanet. I want to make sure it is configured optimally.

I have two IDE 8 meg cache drives, a 40gb and a 120gb. There are no other partitions besides the C (40gb) and D (120gb). The OS is installed on C.

I will be serving my main web site from this server, which generates about 1.5m page views and 60 gb of traffic a month and probably 25% of the pages are db driven.

I will be installing SQL Server on this server. I know I am not supposed to have SQL Server on my web server but I have it that way on my current server which is a P3 1.0 with 512 meg ram and the site's performance is excellent. I think my new P4 2.4 with 1.5 gb of ram will be up to the task.

I am going to save the Sql data on drive D. My question is on what drive should I install SQL Server, and what drive should I save my web site?
