Blocking harmful bots: RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3

Hi --

Recently the database of the click-tracking script I use on my sites has been badly damaged on several occasions by a bot/spider called RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3

I'd like to know how to completely block that bot from accessing my server (a dedicated Redhat 7.3 box, Ensim, Iptables).

If there's an IP range that needs to be blocked, can you please give me the iptables command that would be needed as well as the IPs, since I'm not sure how to block more than a single IP at a time. Or if there's another better method to use to stop it besides a firewall, I'm all ears Blocking harmful bots: RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3

Thanks in advance... I searched for a long time for the answer, but finally gave up and just need some expert advice Blocking harmful bots: RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3
Peace.
