where can i get cpop???

ok i have searched google for hours for the cpop that supposidly comes with cpanel

i dont have cpanel but have been searching for cpop for ages.

i can only seem to find this windows mail thing

i cannot for the life of me find the linux pop3 mail server called cpop

what is the site for it???
