Spoofing address for spam

In all the years I have been working in this field this has NEVER happened to me. I just had someone use one of my companies important email address to send out thousands of spam messages and use my address as the from address on all the messages. So as we get our domain blocked or bounced mail I recieve a message, and have been flooded by messages my them.

Now this would not be so bad but the domain was registered by netsol and they used a PO box and a fake phone and a yahoo email account. The ip's look like they have been deligated to somewhere in Brazil. The server they send from is spoofed so it is hard at best to figure out where the other mail server is.

Anyone have any ideas on how you can help me track down, block or do something to stop this ?

I have always supported better Spam laws to prevent this epidemic!
