Server keeps crashing - advice needed
and today, the server keeps going down. I've gotten emails that I've reached my maxclients and maxfiles. I raised my maxclients to 255, and have restarted apache several times (every 5 minutes it crashes). I've rebooted the entire server too.
I can't see anything crazy in top, and the error_log isn't much help.
I'm still learning, but could someone point me in the right direction? I'm assuming that I need to view some log, but I'm not really sure where to go.
The server keeps trying to automagically restart apache, but that doesn't work ( I have to do it manually via ssh).
