Plesk backup taken on v2.5.5 server, can I restore right to a v5.0.5 server?
I have a Plesk v 2.5.5 server however it is running Linux 7.3 so I cannot upgrade it to version 5.0.5. So I am opening a new RS server and transferring the files over (running Linux 7.2 if that matters). My question is would I have to install Plesk v2.5.5 first on the new server and then restore the backup from the old server, then upgrade to Plesk v. 5.0.5? Or could I take a 2.5.5 backup and restore that directly to Plesk 5.0.5 (so I wouldnt have to go through the hassle of installing 2.5.5 then upgrading)? If anyone knows I would appreciate any feedback thanks as always guys!
