Hacker! Urgent..What is this???

just found in my base dir the following:
.my.cnf*

and inside:

[client]
user=root
pass=password
---

What is this?? Don't think it have to do with RedHat or CPanel!

Please can anyone tell me if all this files are correct in my root dir:

not sure if all are things from Redhat CPanel
