CPanel Error Log

Hi,

One of our customers are having problems with the CPanel Error Log,

The customer is not getting all the errors in there CPanel Error Log, however when they go and tried an non-existant pages, and do get the 404 page, but no entry in the log, but they are being logged in the main error_log file.

They customers did have the Advanced CPanel theme, but I have just changed it to Bluelagoon to see if it make any differents.

I have asked over at the CPanel Forum and in another forum, but no one seem to have seen this problem before, so does anyone know how I can fix this or even start looking ?
