exim/TLS errors

i'm not sure if this is the way cpanel was setup or if i'm
just missing something but the exim install will not let me send to
eboundary.com/net which is hosted on another box ( i've logged a
ticket
with cpanel ) but i was hoping you guys might know what the
problem is.
I'll paste the error below and hopefully someone knows how fix it exim/TLS errors

I've tried the
hosts_avoid_tls = hostname

But it doesnt appear to work, any other suggestions?
