Upload Limited per Connection.. Help!
Ive gotten a new machine up...
Dual Xeon 2.8's with 2gb ram and running on win2k.
When I try to upload to someone max it will go is around 88/kpbs.
I've updated drivers on the NIC, and have it set to full duplex mode at 100mpbs.
The machines sitting on an uncapped 100mpbs link, what could be the problem?
We need to have a solution, ASAP...
