Yesterday I transferred a clients account to a new server of mine. I noted that the tarball were 350MB - but checking quota modification on the source server shows a usage of 252MB on that account while disk space used on the destination server is shown as 450MB. How could this happen? The user says that he hasn't removed or uploaded any files since the transfer. I ran /scripts/fixquotas on both servers and it still sthows 252MB/450MB. Could it be that the tarball hasn't been deleted on the destination server, and if so where would that file be so that I can delete it? I transferred the account through WHM. Hope that someone here has the answer to this problem.
