found a FAKE escrow site, now what??

How do I know it's fake? Because CarBuyingTips.com has pictures of the EXACT SAME SITE except with a different name listed half way down the page!!

I almost fell for it! I knew something was wrong when the WHOIS said they registered just 3 days ago, but wasn't sure until I saw the Car Buying Tips site.
Problem is what do I do about it?
