[please help] creating database with ensim and phpmyadmin

Hello, I'm stuck with only one mysql database (the original one "domain_com") and I can't seam to creat a database with ensim nor phpmyadmin while with cpanel I had no problems..

Can anyone please tell me how to creat mysql databases with ensim or phpmysql?
