MySQL Unlimited Memory

Does anyone know how to set the mysql memory limit to unlimited so it uses as much as needed? Thanks!

Also on a server I have now when I recompile PHP it does not update in the phpinfo.php page... so I guess it is not really recompiling... any idea? Thanks!
